Day 4:OKAY.....maybe I can really do this! You can too!

HEY YALL!!!!

It's WyMichelle! Feeling good feeling great!  I am sore but it seems to be getting easier.  The feeling you get when you really stick to something that has always been so hard for you is really rewarding (Try it...you can do it too!!).  If you can make it for three to four days...you really could stick to it!!!  I wanted grilled cheese this week, a beer, McDonald's fries and had a few other temptations but I didn't cave and it feels GOOD!!!

No big temptations today........but my workout was pretty great today lol! It was cardio recovery so no butt kicks (those literally kick my butt lol) or high kicks, Heisman's, or suicides but today focused on concentrated core, leg and arm work.  It was tough but enjoyed it.  My bff, Shakema has helped me with the hair dilemma that several of us women may face.  I did it myself.  Thanks Shakema!  It lasts well and was not that hard to do.



TODAY'S MENU included a meal replacement shake for breakfast (Herbalife) with strawberries and that was dinner as well but with peaches and strawberries.  My lunch was an amazing salad.......I posted it on facebook and told you I would let you know what was in it tonight so if you wanted to know here ya go.....The salad consisted of half a plates worth of fresh spinach, a few pieces of raw broccoli, half of a half of an avocado (healthy fat), and sauteed shrimp that I cooked in a little bit of olive oil, sea salt, cracked  black pepper and lemon juice from a fresh lemon.  Now the extra wow factor came from the dressing which was only 15 calories for 2 Tablespoons.  It tastes so good and had a high rating on my fooducate application on the Iphone!



My awesome mixer I got at Wal-Mart!  Easy to travel with or take to work.  Comes with 5 different cups, lid and the black ring to make cup drinkable! Love this! 


I actually shopped with the Fooducate app yesterday, it took a little longer but it allowed me to pick the healthiest items and not get tricked by false advertising like the popcorn I posted about on Monday.

My snacks were extra good!  I did the salmon pin wheels, hummus and carrot sticks, quaker oatmeal squares and a peach today as my small meals.

    Upload some meals I plan to make Sunday. Usually try to plan ahead, shop Sunday and prepare things so I can stay on track and not fall into a quick meal that is not healthy
