RECIPES

I usually put recipes that I have tried and made on the website so I will attach links to those pages so you can get the recipe.  Another way to get some of the recipes is to go to the very bottom on my page under LABELS and I have written the name of the meal and all you have to do is click it and takes you to the correct post.

I am not an expert but I do love to cook.  Watch your portions when you eat meals because even though it is healthy doesn't mean you can just over induldge.  I love fresh ingredients, whole foods and I use healthier items to make food I love healthier for me.
